ANNIE the musicalBy now all company members (those with lead roles, chorus and orphans) should have received (or downloaded) Rehearsal Schedule, Cast List and Script. If not please let me know immediately. Check on Annie Rehearsal information page for more details and an amended schedule. The show will be playing at the Palace Theatre Westcliff on 3rd June 2010 to 6th June 2010. In total there will be 5 performances which will be split between two teams of children. PARENTS: If you are a registered Chaperone or can help backstage with makeup/hair, prompting, props, scenery etc please let us know as soon as possible so we can organise a rota. ALL Children will need to be licensed therefore at the first rehearsal on 7th February 2010, please bring the following and give to Anita: A Completed part two of the license form, part 1 is completed by us (if you pay council tax to Southend on Sea then you need to complete their form otherwise it will be Essex) A photocopy of your childs Birth Certificate Two recent passport sized photographs (of your child) must not be any older than 6 months (ie: not taken before Jan 2010) A parental declaration of health (please download a form below) NB: All information will be collated by us and we will then send everyone's licence information off together to the relevant councils.
